Phase 1: Field Mapping & Diagnostic

A rigorous, 6-month diagnostic exploration. We map the ecosystem to understand who is operating, the drivers, values and what enabling conditions are missing.

  • Timeline: ~6 Months

  • Deliverables: Comprehensive landscape maps, risk horizons, gap & duplication analysis.

Phase 2: Structural Framing

We define the exact boundaries of the field. We work with domain experts to design the necessary governance models, shared narratives and credibility standards required to move the domain from an "idea" to a functioning field.

  • Deliverables: Strategic roadmaps, funding mechanisms, narrative Positioning.

Phase 3: Funder Advisory & Implementation Oversight

We do not execute directly; we design the frameworks and ensure the implementation remains true to the architecture. We remain engaged via a light-touch retainer to provide ongoing strategic matchmaking, convening, and alignment.

  • Model: Monthly Retainer (e.g., ~4 days/month).
